Bio:
Todd Sommers has been a staple within the competitive Western Pleasure and Reining communities for many years. Starting in the business just after high school, he began working for the well-known Tommy Manion Ranch in Aubrey, Texas. In 1988, after working with many top industry professionals, he began taking clients of his own. His professional career has allowed him partnerships with Von Reminic, Don’t Skip Charlie, Seven S Flashy Zipper, Cookie Leaguer, Buenonic Chex, Hes Dun His Time, Cattitude, Don’t Skip Zip, Remin Whiz, Spooks Rey Jay and Docs Wound Up.
Now a two-time NRHA Open Futurity Champion, NRHA Million Dollar Rider and winner of over 21 AQHA, APHA, ApHC and PHBA World Championships, he is well known for his consistent and detail oriented training program. He and his wife Kelly own and operate Sommers Performance Horses near Whitesboro, TX where he continues to train and compete.
