The 7 Staples of Sore No-More

For years,  Sore No-More has been the most trusted liniment brand among equestrians.  When our Classic formula hit the shelves, users were shocked at how gentle and effective an herbal liniment could truly be.  Since that time, the Sore No-More family has grown into 3 distinct lines to meet the ever changing needs of recreational and competitive equestrians alike.

We're often asked about our ingredients, what makes  Sore No-More different and how to choose the right product for your horse.  Each herb in the Sore No-More formulas were specifically selected and it is the synergy between these plants that keeps this liniment at the top of the equestrian's wish list.

You'll never find menthol or capsaicin in the  Sore No-More formulas and this is for good reason; not only are these ingredients highly regulated by the FEI and USEF, they can also be extremely irritating to the skin.  The Sore No-More liniment products are designed with the sensitive horse in mind and won't burn or blister - even when used under wraps and pads.

  • Scientific Name: Arnica montana
  • What It Does: Arnica is known to stimulate blood circulation which flushes out inflammation and speeds healing to an area. It has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities that can reduce pain, swelling, and improve the potential for quicker wound healing. Arnica in the raw plant state is considered to be toxic and can possibly induce vomiting, weakness, increased heart rate and nervous disturbances. If ingested, it should always be done so in a homeopathic preparation only; meaning none of the original substance is present to be absorbed. Topically it is safe to use and animals rarely experience an allergic reaction to the plant.
